Online Client Portal

Our online client portal is a web-based, mobile construction project management software designed to ensure the smooth running of your new home build or renovation. As the name suggests – it has a straightforward and user-friendly interface which keeps you in the loop at all times – this ensures your building experience is an enjoyable and positive one! No more wondering what stage your project is up to, how much money you’ve committed or whether your builder is going to remember the decisions you made in your last phone conversation.

First Homes Buyers Grant Queensland

The $15,000 Great Start Grant is now available for first home buyers who are buying or building a brand new home. It’s a helping hand from the Queensland Government to stimulate our local building industry, and assist first home owners to buy newly built properties or build their first home.  In total, eligible customers will receive $15,000 towards buying or building a newly constructed house, unit or townhouse (valued at less than $750,000). This can help you start building your dream house sooner than you thought or allow you to upgrade the features in your home to selections that were otherwise not within your budget.

Check your eligibility or apply for the Grant here.

Queensland Building & Construction Commission

Queensland Buiding and Construction Commission is a statutory body and was created to regulate the building industry.   They ensure proper standards are maintained within the industry, provide remedies for defective building work and provide support, education and advice for homeowners and those undertaking building work. All builders must hold a licence issued by the QBCC and you can check what class of licence a builder holds and whether it has been suspended or cancelled on their website.
